What does a month of worldschooling in Goa cost?

A month of learning, shared experiences and new surroundings is easier to picture when you can see the whole budget. Start with how your family wants to live: onsite or nearby, programme places for children and teens, and the community activities you want to join.

A current worked example
This example uses the same prices and rules as our live calculator and homepage, so it updates whenever prices change. It shows two adults and two children aged 6 and 9 sharing one onsite family room for the next cohort taking bookings.

About £949.50 per family per week. A 25% deposit of £949.50 secures a booking made more than 60 days before arrival, with the balance of £2,848.50 due 60 days before the cohort starts.
Not included: Flights and visas, meals beyond weekday breakfast and the children's snack, airport transfers and day-to-day transport, travel and medical insurance, personal one-to-one sessions.

Choose your family base
Onsite family rooms include weekday breakfast and housekeeping. Other meals are self-catered unless a specific activity includes food. There are nine air-conditioned en-suite rooms; the calculator applies the second-room offer for eligible larger families.
Offsite families arrange accommodation and transport separately, with optional passes and breakfast. The two-bedroom house 400 metres from the Hub is another option for larger families, priced by enquiry rather than through the onsite-room calculator.
Add programmes and community
Children aged 3 to 11 join the Drop-Off Programme and teens aged 12 to 18 join the Teen Hub. Programme fees cover weekday morning learning, materials, a daily snack and the weekly themed excursion.
Community and Activity Passes are required for each onsite guest and optional for offsite families. Pass holders share adult and family sessions and outings, coworking, kitchen use and the recovery lounge, along with facilities including the gym, sauna, ice bath, pool and bikes. Check current activity arrangements with the team.
Understand discounts and payments
The third and each further enrolled sibling receive 10% off their programme fee and Community and Activity Pass. The first cohort is full price; from the second onwards, the total amount is 10% lower. Registration is one-off per family. Ask for a combined or returning-family quotation when booking more than one cohort.
A 25% deposit secures a booking, with the balance due 60 days before arrival. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival are paid in full. Read the current payment and cancellation terms before confirming.
Allow for travel and everyday living
Budget separately for flights, visas, travel and medical insurance, airport transfers, day-to-day transport and meals beyond included breakfast and programme snacks. Personal one-to-one sessions are also paid separately.
Compare costs alongside daily practicalities: where you will cook, how you will reach the programme and how work and family care will fit after 1pm. The clearest budget reflects the month your family wants to spend here.
