Worldschooling Hub Goa

Before you book

Is the Hub right for your family?

Worldschooling Hub Goa brings families together through nature, creative learning, practical projects and shared experiences. Understanding how we live and learn helps you decide whether the setting suits your family.

If you need a conventional academic school

Our programme is Waldorf-inspired, experiential and centred on nature, creativity, relationships and practical learning. It is not a conventional academic school or a replacement for a complete school curriculum.

Families remain responsible for formal education requirements, including curriculum, examinations, qualifications and records.

If your children need daily subject-by-subject teaching, exam preparation, individual academic tuition or guaranteed curriculum coverage, the core programme may not meet those needs. Please talk to us before booking.

If your children are continuing online learning, think about how study commitments will fit around programme mornings, outings and family activities. Academic tuition and supervised study are not part of the programme.

If you need strict allergen separation

We use a communal kitchen shared by families. Ingredients, utensils, preparation areas and storage may be shared, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent cross-contact.

The Hub may not suit someone with a serious food allergy who needs strict allergen separation. Please contact us before booking so we can explain our arrangements and you can decide whether they work for your family.

Sharing the property with dogs

Our dogs are vaccinated, live outdoors and are very used to being around families. They are part of everyday life at the property, so visitors should be comfortable with dogs being present.

If anyone in your family has a dog allergy, a significant fear of dogs or another concern, please speak with us before booking. We cannot guarantee a dog-free environment.

If you need childcare throughout the day

The core drop-off programme runs Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 1pm, and arrangements vary on excursion days. Afternoon activities, evening gatherings and shared facilities do not automatically include childcare.

Parents remain responsible for their children outside supervised programme sessions, unless a specific alternative arrangement has been agreed with us.

The Hub may not suit families who need full-day childcare or an uninterrupted full working day.

If you prefer a private stay with little community participation

Shared spaces and everyday interaction are central to the Hub. Families have their own accommodation, while kitchens, activities and community areas involve consideration for others.

If your priority is a highly private, hotel-style stay with minimal interaction, the communal setting may not be the right fit, and that is completely fine.

If your child needs dedicated one-to-one support

We welcome neurodivergent children and families and recognise that people learn, communicate and take part in different ways. Our qualified teachers and facilitators work with children in a group setting.

We cannot provide dedicated one-to-one support. Please talk to us before booking about what helps your child participate and any support they need, so we can discuss together whether the group programme is a good fit.

If you need an identical timetable every week

Activities vary with the season, facilitators, local conditions and the families attending. Sample schedules show what previous cohorts experienced, not guaranteed sessions.

If a specific activity, educator or facility is essential for your family, please check with us before booking.

Talk to us first

You do not need to have everything figured out before you contact us. Tell us what your family needs, what matters most and any concerns you have. We would rather have an honest conversation before booking so you can make a confident decision.
