For parents

Remote work, community and time to rest

This is your month too. After putting so much thought into your children's experiences, you deserve room for your own interests and people to share them with. Children and teens have their respective groups; you can spend programme mornings working, joining a session or enjoying some rest, then come together for family time later.

Programme hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 1pm, with arrangements varying on excursion days, including Friday family trips. Outside supervised sessions, children are in their parents' care.

People to share the month with

Whether you are home educating, travelling or taking a family gap year, it can be good to spend time with parents who understand the decisions you are making. A conversation over chai, a shared session or an outing gives you ways to get to know people beyond the usual introductions.

With 14 families spending four weeks together, there is time for conversations to pick up where they left off. Onsite families and offsite Community and Activity Pass holders share sessions, outings and the communal kitchen. You can join in and still keep space for your own family rhythm.

“And it wasn’t just the kids who grew the adults had their own adventures too, with regular yoga, breathwork, and personal training sessions.”

Your everyday rhythm

How a weekday tends to go

  1. 8.30amDrop children at the programme. Coffee, then work or a morning session.
  2. 10amFocused work in the coworking space, or gym, pool and rest.
  3. 1pmCollect children. Lunch in the shared kitchen or nearby.
  4. AfternoonBeach, a family activity, or more work if you have arranged care for your children yourself.
  5. EveningCook with other families, or a shared dinner or film night on some weeks.

Working on excursion days

Excursion mornings change the usual routine. Timings, meeting points and return times vary, and some outings are family trips that parents join. Ask about current plans and keep important calls away from excursion mornings where you can.

Working from Goa

The Hub has backup power. A speed test here in November 2026 measured 216.7 Mbps download, 46.2 Mbps upload and 32 ms latency. Speeds vary with the time of day and the number of people online, so use this as a snapshot when planning. Keep important calls flexible and plan afternoon care with your family: the programme provides morning sessions rather than full-day childcare.

If you rely on video calls or large uploads, ask us about current connectivity and working arrangements before you book.

Meeting other parents

Cohorts are small, with 14 families, and everyone arrives at the same time and stays four weeks. Parents meet at drop-off, in sessions and on Friday trips, and many families stay in touch afterwards.

Space to recharge, with more to explore

While the children are with their groups, you can make some time for yourself. Join a guided session, use the recovery lounge or simply enjoy a quieter moment between work and family life.

If you are curious about biohacking or longevity, the lounge gives you space to explore the tools available at the Hub without building your month around a separate wellness retreat. There is room for guided rest, gentle movement and breathwork, as well as trying something new.

It is also something you can enjoy with other parents: a conversation after a shared session, and time to get to know the people spending the month alongside you.
